Daily score 9. Slept amazing!! Per usual. 

A. Back squat; 10, 6, 2, 10, 6, 2; rest 3 min
315x10, 335x6, 385x2, 335x10, 355x6, 395x1 (racked it after the first because there is no way I was getting the 2nd rep) rested 1 min 385x1. Felt strong. 335x10 was tough and I think a new PR for 10. 

B. Snatch balance; 5x5; rest 2 min
185, 185, 205, 225, 245
245x5 is a PR for sure. I've done 265x1 before and it felt like a boat, 245 felt great more there for sure.

C. 3 Hang squat clean on the min for 10 min; 60% 1rm
All at 185, felt light but needed the practice. Low back was tight by the end of this, probably the accumulation of the session. Did 1 min on 20 seconds off of the push-up plank, this always makes my low back pump disappear.
