Daily Score 9. Slept 10 hours, no alarm. Good fueling last night and this morning.

5 shoulder to OH 115lb
10 deadlifts 115lbs
15 box jumps 

Previous score was 329 got 251 today. Went with the same strategy as last time did step ups and jump downs. 

Legs were tired on the step ups (couldn't clear the lactic acid) back got tight broke up the deadlifts in 3 sets a few times. And just couldn't breath.
