Daily score 7 got 7 hours of sleep feel good. Wish I could've slept more. Felt a little rusty in today's training

285, caught it super high. Jumped to 305 and missed didn't retry.
B. Deadlift; 3x3 @85% effort; rest 2 min

5:32 30 out of the gate should've done muscle snatches longer...way faster. Didn't hurt that bad at all.
