Felt like a fat man on these. I don't notice my weight gain on gymnastics but I really notice it on running. Breathing was ok, just couldn't go much faster.

PR for a 500m not sure previous but I know it wasn't that fast. After the second one I was in hell for 6 minutes after first one it only hurt for about 2 minutes. Legs and ass were cramping up.
