Daily Score 8-9 still hazy but completely healthy now!

Nutrition
190g PRO, 300g CHO, 75g FAT, 2675 k/cals

Training
10 minute max cals AD 222 cals, PR is 260 on an evo comp which I've heard is easier to get calories on.
